The Prima Fit production system for the production of products from vibrated concrete is a modular system that uses the method of vertical stacking to maximize the use of production space.

Pouring concrete:

Designed for dosing liquid concrete, which can be ordinary, light-compacting or self-compacting (SUB).

Concrete is fed by a screw conveyor and filled into molds through a dosing slide and a loading funnel.

Equipped with a highly sensitive concrete weighing system for accurate dosing of concrete into forms.
The height of the unloading openingof the silo is adjustable hydraulically, which allows you to precisely adjust the height of filling the form.
Movement along the contour of the form can be carried out manually, using a remote control or a fully automatically programmed route.
Easy to clean:the silo and the dosing auger can be removed for cleaning and transport to the washing station.

A specially developed system that switches between compaction of ordinary concrete and shaking of self-compacting concrete.
Depending on the direction of rotation, either a relatively small mass of the flywheel behaves at a high speed for compaction, or a large mass of the flywheel behaves at a low speed for shaking.
The mold tray is moved to the vibrating table by a moving beam. Pneumatic springs lift the pallet from the moving beam and the pallet is hydraulically fixed on the table.
Vibrators are driven by electric motors through frequency converters.

Lifting by crane

The crane can be equipped with a two-tap device for working with different sizes.
The movement and stacking of pallets with form carriers can be done manually using a crane lifting system, a rail gantry drive or a fully automated multi-level storage system.

Formwork/unloading lines

At the formwork site, hardened concrete products are removed from the form, turned over and placed on a conveyor.
Can be equipped with a vibrating beam to support the formwork process.
Production pallets are automatically cleaned and prepared for the next use by applying a distribution compound to the spraying area.
