NBM 7042 MACHINES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PAVEMENT TILES, CURB AND BLOCKS

These are machines working with a hydraulic system in the pressure range of 120-200 bar. Produces 18 pieces of standard briquettes 20*40*20 cm and 42 pieces of paving stones. Production requires working pallets on legs.

Concrete pressed in forms is pressed on pallets.
Products made in the same way are left to dry on work pallets.

Minimum 5,500 m² (1,000 m² for machinery and equipment, drying area 1,700 m², dry finished warehouse area 1,300 m², unit storage area 1,200 m², empty pallet area 300 m²).

The total output of the transformer or generator must be set to FULL output. Automation systems must have a capacity of 250 kVA.

The installed capacity is 160 kW.
