The principle of operation ofgrain dryers "Agro Startm" is simple and reliable, which is confirmed by the following:
The grain is fed into the upper part of the dryer, where it is gradually and evenly distributed along its entire length with the help of an auger.
After filling with grain, the auger automatically stops and turns on depending on the speed of grain passage through the dryer. Heated air, under the pressure of the fan, passes through a uniform layer of grain, heats it and removes moisture outside through the perforated walls of the sections.
To cool the grain to the storage temperature, the fan of the lower chamber of the dryer is used, and in the case of cooling the grain in external ventilated bunkers, the dryer completely heats the grain inside itself, thereby increasing its productivity.
The amount of grain passing through the dryer depends on its initial moisture and the selected drying mode and is regulated by the speed of rotation of the dosing rollers, which are located at the bottom of thegrain sections along the entire length of the dryer on both sides.
After the rollers, the dried grain enters the lower auger of the dryer and is transported further for cooling, cleaning or storage.
