Grain dryers from the manufacturer, Kirovohrad region.

TOV "ELEVATORY MACHINERY FACTORY" offers modern and reliable equipment for drying grain of various food, seed and fodder crops of any moisture level. The use of continuous (current) grain drying technology ensures high productivitygrain dryers with relatively small dimensions and high quality of the final product.
Fully automated remote control system using reliable electronics from Siemens™ and Schneider Electric™ ;
It works in flow (continuous) mode and is able to reduce moisture by 15 percent or more in one grain pass;
To remove 1% of moisture, modern gas burners use only 2 liters. propane-butane or 1.2 cubic meters natural gas.
The grain dryer is also powered by alternative fuel heat generators (supplied separately).
Thanks to precise temperature control, the dryer perfectly dries not only grains and corn, but also soybeans, rapeseed,sunflower and seed material;
The universal form of perforation of stainless steel or galvanized steel grates allows you to dry different crops without the need to change the grates.
The body made of high-quality galvanized steel provides long-term protection against corrosion.
The grain dryer is very compact and easy to maintain and operate, it can be mobile and move with the help of towing.
It is easy to assemble and dismantle, does not require the construction of special foundations.
The design of the grain dryer allows you to increase its productivity by building it up modularly or section by section.
It can very easily complement the existing technological scheme of grain receiving, cleaning and storage complexes.
