The grid is made of stainless steel of the 12X18H10T brand, which is used when working in aggressive environments at temperatures from -196 to +600 °C. Stainless steel is non-toxic and does not corrode, so it is easily used in contact with food products.
The stainless steel grid is selected by fractions (cell sizes) depending on the products to be dried. There is a stainless steel woven net with mesh sizes from 0.04 to 30.0 mm.
