PKF "Techno-T" (Nizhyn, Chernihiv region of Ukraine) produces and offers briquetting press B-80, which is intended forproduction of fuel briquettes from sawdust of soft and hard coniferous wood rocks, husks ofsunflower seeds and ground waste of plant origin (strawgrain crops and rapeseed, flax processing waste and wood shavings of coniferous species and others). Pressing takes place by a continuous impact method without heating the raw material and using substances that bind the briquettes. Productivity 800-1200 kg/hour. The dimensions of the press are 3200x1600x1150, weight 4080 kg, round-section briquettes without a hole, dimensions: 76-81/40-230, the size of the crushed fraction of the raw material is no more than 13 mm, the density of the briquette is 1.04-1.3 g/cm.cubic. We complete the press with equipment of our own production for the formation of the line: a loading hopper, a coarse fraction crusher, a fine fraction crusher, a cyclone dryer with a heat generator for chips or sawdust, a cooling system for briquettes.
