Mobile crushing plant Polygonmach V-80 also known as MOBILE SAND PLANT. This is an excellent application for the production of very small fillers (materials), which are also called sand, the size of the fraction is from 0 to 5 mm with large cubic shapes. The V-80 is the result of complex engineering and advanced design, high-quality components with a durable and amazing build quality.

In addition to materials that are provided by preliminary crushing in primary and secondary crushing operations, it is also possible to directly supply the system with natural stone, which is no more than 40 mm.

All kinds of materials with different levels of hardness, such as granite, basalt, dolomite, gabbro, limestone, etc., can be treated with V-80 with good results.

The productivity of the V-80 mobile crushing plant varies from 150 to 200 t/h depending on the degree of strength of the processed stone. In addition to thin material (up to 5 mm), it is possible to obtain up to 3 different final materials at the same time.

The V-80 is a convenient combination that provides easy installation / assembly. The installation can be put into operation in a very short time. If necessary, the loading hopper and storage conveyors can be equipped with hydraulic cylinders, and thus the plant can be started without the need to use any external equipment, such as a crane,loader etc.

V-80 is equipped with a high-tech automation system, which includes high-class electronic components of the SIEMENS - SCHNEIDER brand and a PLC. V-80 is controlled only by the tablet controller.

The overall dimensions of our mobile plants are determined in accordance with international road transport rules, and our mobile plants are transported only by tractor between the workplaces of our clients.
