6 components of inert materials. Each bunker is 20 m.
Dosing system 1500\300 kg weighing sensors. The inert materials supply conveyor is located under warehouses and has dimensions of 11,000 mm in length and 800 mm in width. Supply of inert due to the opening of pneumatic valves of inert compounds.

The total volume of inert with additional sides is more than 180 m3. Humidity determination devices are installed.

Skip system.
Inert materials are delivered from storage warehouses to Skip 3000 liters.

Two-wave horizontal mixer MR 3000/2000 liters.

At the client's request, a hydraulic system for concrete sampling during mixing can be installed. The mixer is installed on a special platform on supports of 5 meters. Convenient access to the mixer allows maintenance and service. The security system automatically registers and sends signals to the computer in all non-standard situations (falling into the interior of non-standard objects, when trying to open the mixer during operation (there is a special viewing window for inspection), in the event of an interruption of electricity, water or cement supply.

A cement container of 0.5 m3, 800 kg is placed above the mixer.

Water supply.
At the concrete plant, a calibrated water supply system of 600 liters/min is installed. Water is used from the central city system with a pressure of 5 liters per second. At the client's request, a water purification and recycling system can be installed.
