TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND EQUIPMENT OF THE SUMAB T-120 CONCRETE PLANT

SUMAB T-120 is a quick-mix concrete plant, which is ideal for construction companies and (or) companies producing building materials that want to get a high productivity of the plant, a high level of quality of the produced concrete.

The productivity of the plant is up to 120 m3 of concrete per hour.

4 warehouses of inert materials of 20 m3 each.
Each bunker is 3500 x 4000 mm. Dosing system 1500\300 kg, weighing sensors. The inert materials supply conveyor is located under warehouses and has dimensions of 28,000 mm in length and 800 mm in width. Supply of inerts due to the opening of pneumatic valves of inert ingredients. The total volume of inert with additional boards is more than 120 m3.

Conveyor system for supplying inert materials. The necessary proportions of inert materials are fed into the mixer by means of a conveyor for feeding inert materials, onto which they are fed from a dosing device, and then fed into the mixer.

Two-wave horizontal mixer SICOMA MR 4500/3000 liters.
The system of arrangement of the blades allows covering all parts of the mixer, thereby ensuring high quality concrete that meets international standards. At the client's request, a hydraulic system for concrete sampling during mixing can be installed. The mixer is installed on a special platform on supports of 4.2 meters. Convenient access to the mixer allows maintenance and service. The security system automatically records and sends signals to the computer in all non-standard situations (falling into the interior of non-standard objects, when trying to open the mixer during operation (for inspection there is a special inspection window), interruptions with electricity, water or cement.

Water supply system.
A galvanized water system of 1000 l/min is installed at the concrete plant. Water is used from the central city system with a pressure of 5 liters per second. At the client's request, a water purification and recycling system can be installed.

RS allows automated control of all concrete preparation processes. Produce 200 concrete recipes. It has multiple protection systems. At the client's request, video surveillance systems can be installed. Surveillance cameras showing everything on a computer monitor.
