Part type: Z-12 sprocket (12 teeth) with a seating diameter of 30 mm is intended for installation on the shaft of the ZM-90 grain thrower feeder gearbox (ZP 02.617). This is a high-load transmission element made by casting from high-strength cast iron with an elongated hub. The crown has Z-12 teeth with a chain pitch of t-38, a hole for the shaft ⌀30 mm with a keyway is drilled in the hub, and a hole for axial fixation of the sprocket on the shaft is also provided.

This sprocket is installed on the ZP 02.617 shaft of the ZP 02.106 gearbox housing as part of the cover unit with ZP 02.300 gearboxes. The node is attached to the lower part of the conveyor of the loading ZP 02.000 grain thrower / grain loader ZM-90 manufactured by the Orichivsk plant Mochalin Agro. The part ensures the transmission of torque to two feeder drive reducers, so its wear has a critical effect on the performance of the equipment.

Why is it important to replace a worn sprocket on time?
Chain or tooth wear leads to misalignment, vibration and premature failure of the entire gearbox. The price of repairing the gearbox is incomparably higher than the timely ordering of this part. If you notice backlash or extraneous noise in the feed mechanism, you need to buy a new sprocket immediately to avoid expensive downtime during the sowing or harvesting campaign.

Main characteristics:
