Sprocket Z-12 (12 teeth) with a mounting diameter of D-30mm on the shaft of the feeder gearbox ZM-60 is a responsible part of the transmission, made by the method of cast iron casting with an elongated hub. The product is intended for operation under conditions of high loads duringoverloading of grain crops. Z-12 teeth with a t-38 chain pitch are cut on the crown of the sprocket, which ensures a stable grip. A hole for the ⌀30mm shaft with a keyway and a hole for axial fixation is provided in the hub.

The part is installed on the ZP 02.617 shaft of the ZP 02.106 gearbox housing. The reducer is included in the cover unit with ZP 02.300 reducers and is attached to the lower part of the ZP 02.000 loading conveyor on the ZP 02.616 shaft of the ZM-60 grain thrower / grain loader produced by the Orichivsk Mochalin Agro plant. The main function is the transmission of torque to two feeder drive reducers.
