Looking for a reliable seed thrower sprocket to avoid idle machinery during the season? Tired of non-original parts that fail after a week of use? We offer a proven solution — a Z-12 sprocket (12 teeth) with a seating diameter of D-30 for the ZM-30 feeder gearbox. This part is a precision cast iron with an elongated hub designed to transmit torque to the two feeder drive reducers. Teeth with a t-38 chain pitch are cut on the crown, and a hole for the shaft ⌀30mm with a keyway is drilled in the hub of the sprocket and a hole is drilled for axial fixation of the sprocket on the shaft.

The sprocket is installed on the ZP 02.617 shaft of the ZP 02.106 gearbox housing, which is included in the cover unit with the ZP 02.300 gearboxes and is attached to the lower part of the loading conveyor ZP 02.000 of the grain thrower/grain loader ZM-30 manufactured by the Orichivsk plant Mochalin Agro.
