The purpose of the thermal camera is to package, group and artificial, various objects in a polymer heat-shrink film made of a half-sleeve (PVC and polyolefin), with the formation of an attractive package that tightly covers the object being packed.
Such packaging looks great, allows the buyer to inspect the product without opening the package, protects the product from external actions.
The use of an L-shaped welding tool combined with a shrink chamber allows the operator to completely package the item (product) by lowering the chamber lid once. The installation is used for packaging bread, boxes with candies and cookies, souvenirs, cassettes,disks, gifts, toys, household goods, printed products (glossy magazines, calendars), souvenir and printed products.

Basic equipment: housing with a thermal chamber and heating elements; · height-adjustable grid inside the camera; · control unit; · camera cover with ration (film-welding) element; · a packing table with a roll holder and a film half-sleeve opener.

The length of the seams to be welded is 450 x 500 mm.
The operator stretches the film through the opener of the half-sleeve, inserts the products to be packaged between the layers of the film and moves the package into thethermocamera.
Next, the operator lowers the camera cover, the last two seams on the package are welded, the heating is turned on and the process of shrinking the film on the package begins.(//tractor-service.com)
The operator visually monitors the shrinking process through the inspection window in the camera cover. At the end of the film shrinking process, open the lid and take out the finished package.
