The STvega VPM H400/2S machine is a two-chamber vacuum packaging machine with a movable lid, designed for vacuuming and packaging bags with products inside, including meat products, sausages, beef,pork, seafood and fish, vegetables and fruits, cheese products, pet food, etc. The purpose of the vacuuming process is to extend the shelf life of food products.

The packaging machine can use for sealing vacuum bags made of various materials, including bags made of PET, PA, PE, aluminum foil and combined materials.

Principle of operation:
The operating parameters of the machine are set in advance (vacuum time, heating time, sealing temperature), then the unsealed edge of the bag with the product placed in it is placed on a special welded bar, the top cover is tightly pressed, thepump automatically turns on, after reaching the required vacuum, the machine switches to seam sealing mode. As soon as the sealing has taken place, the depressurization of the chamber begins, after which the cover of the vacuum machine must be opened and the sealed bag must be removed. It is possible to pack several packages at once, which significantly increases productivity, and with a small height of the packaged product, the packages can be stacked on the welding bar in two layers.
