Machine for removing cherry stem STvega SR F800, Kyiv

The STvega SR F800 machine is designed for removing (tearing off) the stem of cherries andcherries in diameter from 10 to 25 mm. Simple and reliable in operation. It is very popular in the processing and production of fruit and berry products at canneries, fresh fruit processing enterprises, and in fruit stores.

Principle of operation
The body and frame of the machine are made of SUS 304 stainless steel, other transmission parts, bearings, etc. are made of carbon steel. The process of stem separation takes place with the help of brushes that do not damage the cherry fruits. The operator loads the cherry into the loading hopper, falling onto the belt with the gripping slots, the cherry passes under two rotating brushes - rollers and a lattice drum, in the process of processing, the cuttings are removed, and the cherry through the unloading port falls into a pre-prepared container, while the cuttings are arbitrarily diverted behind the machine. The entire processing process takes place with the connection and supply of running water.
