Machine for peeling apples, removing the core and cutting into parts STvega Apl Pel H80SA, Kyiv

Semi-automatic machine STvega Apl Pel H80 SA is designed for cleaning apples fromskin, removing the core, and also with the possibility of slicingapples into pieces. The machine is ideal for processing apples of different sizes (diameter 55 - 85 mm). Tools for slicing, segmenting and core removal can be changed easily and very quickly. Up to three apples can be processed simultaneously.

Principle of operation
The operator puts the apples on special rods of the rotary mechanism to fix the product, then the apple moves clockwise, where it hits the floating peeler knife, which carefully cuts the peel from the rotating apple (the thickness of the slice can be adjusted), after the floating knife, the product enters the next stage - removing the core with the possibility of cutting the apple into parts (the number of cut parts is adjustable thanks to interchangeable nozzles). Slices of sliced apple fall into containers for finished products along the guide plate.
