Apple core removal and slicing STvega Apl Cor H800, Kyiv

The STvega Apl Cor H800 machine is designed for removing the core of apples and then cutting them into wedges (or slices). The number of lobes after slicing depends on the installed knife, according to the customer's specifications. (The thickness of the slices to be cut can be in the range from 6 to 20 mm, the size is made according to the client's specifications.)

Attention!
The machine can be manufactured in three versions:
• Removal of the core and cutting into slices.
• Removal of the core and cutting into slices.
• Core removal only.

The price is the same for all options.

Working principle
The operator placesapples in the silicone bowl of the turntable. During the rotation of the plate, the apples one by one fall under the knife, which removes the core. The product moves further and falls under the pusher, which pushes the apple from the bowl to the bottom, after which the product passes through the installed knife and is cut into a given number of lobes (cut into slices). The sliced apple enters the container for finished products through the output compartment. The removed core is discharged into the waste container behind the machine.

Advantages of equipment:
● The rotary plate alternately feeds apples for core removal and slicing.
● Thanks to the sharp blades of the stainless steel cutting knife, the product is cut into even slices (even slices of a given thickness).
● The machine is characterized by high productivity - up to 48 pcs/min.(//tractor-service.com)
