Dough rounder T1-KHTN, Cherkasy region.

The dough rounding machine replaces manual labor when rounding dough blanks after the dough divider. Also, during rolling in a rounder, the structure of the workpiece improves, the surface pores are closed, and the workpiece itself acquires a round shape.
The principle of operation of the machine is very simple: after division, the pieces of dough go to the dough rounder and are dropped on the initial part of the spiral. The dough workpiece is grabbed by the rotating cone and sent along the formed groove (between the bowl and the spiral) upwards, taking the desired shape.(//tractor-service.com)
Next, the workpiece is sent to the next technological operation.
