Тестоокруглитель Kymkaya (Турция), Черкаська обл.

The test workpiece, rolling along the groove of the dough rounder, acquires a rounded shape that is easier to work with in the future. What is important, during the period of rounding, excess gases are removed from the workpiece, and the surface of the dough itself becomes uniform and smooth.
To prevent the dough from sticking, a mechanism for pouring flour into the chute is installed.
