COMMAND MANIFOLD is made of electro-welded frame, consisting of sheet metal and Fe 360 steel structure, with built-in supports for shaft and bottom flange, to connect to top flanges and cylinder barrels, to connect cover to cylinder barrels.

The unloading door has a retractable wrench made of special steel, which prevents losses, and is equipped with an inspection hatch.

The cover consists of two parts, completely covered with a rubber, anti-sound coating, disassembled for maintenance and inspection of the entire loading group, as well as for mounting / dismounting of the tape.

The drive shaft is made of 38NiCrMo4 steel, subjected to high release hardening, shaped to support the transmitted loads, the belt and the power train.

Inspection hatches manufactured in accordance with CE European standards, which facilitates the opening of the entire voltage group.

The rotary drum in the grate is made of steel 45 and installed on electro-welded structures made of Fe 360 metal sheets.

The loading hopper is equipped with anti-rust steel, the rotary shaft is made of C 45 steel, respectively.

BUCKETS for material lifting are manufactured according to DIN 15234 standards in a special design for cement, made of steel Fe 430, with special hard edges to limit losses.
