Granulator OGM 1, 5, OGM 0, 8 for the production of pellets and granules, Poltava region.

Granulator ― the main part of the equipment intended for for obtaining pellets from biomass by pressing it with pressing rollers through the radial holes of the ring matrix. Since the granulator is intended for the production of small-sized pellets (up to 14 mm in diameter), its design is based on the most rational option from the point of view of metal consumption, simplicity of construction and ease of maintenance — a rotating ring matrix with a horizontal axis of rotation and two rollers rotating inside it on fixed axes. The matrix is driven by an electric motor. At the same time, due to friction, the pressing rollers also rotate.
