Heat-resistant vibrators with an external central electric motor require minimal maintenance even in the harshest climatic conditions and ensure uninterrupted production.

Prepared reinforcing frames on pallets are collected by a crane behind the mold body and installed in the system above the core.

With the help of strong hydraulic clamps, the body (including the pallet) is attached to the vibrating table.

Once the manufacturing process is complete, the case, including pallet, product and smooth end former, is gently lifted, ensuring maximum dimensional accuracy and allowing the box to be placed in storage for curing. After removing the clamps between the shirt and the base pallet, the shirt can be lifted and it is ready for the next cycle.

To optimize the shape of the bell, the bell shaper remains on the fresh product for a certain period of time.

There are individual designs for the socket. The bell is formed under the influence of vibration by eight hydraulic clamping cylinders built into the core. This stage of production is also fully automated. All parameters can be set using the built-in touch screen.

The MAMMUT vibrating table is very stable and rigid, characterized by a smooth and powerful vibration that spreads over the entire surface of the table.

It uses a pneumatic leveling system.

Thanks to this, the huge power reserve of the vibrating table allows you to work with even the largest products.

The hopper of the concrete mixer is filled using a belt conveyor or a mobile bucket.

The CNC system precisely tracks the geometry of the product, and the precise interaction between the pre-programmed control of the amount of mixture fed and the built-in laser measuring system guarantees a uniform level of mold filling.

This process does not require manual operator intervention, as the contour control and frequency-controlled vibration are fully controlled by the CNC.

Mammut provides optimal and uniform compaction.

There are two concrete supply systems to choose from.

Linear feed in 2 planes, for very large products and two-box production
Rotary feed with rotating discharge belt and CNC contour control.
Optionally, both concrete supply systems can be equipped with laser pouring control.

MODU-MOULD (modular systems of forms).

Thanks to the well-thought-out MODU-MOULD modular system, BFS offers a uniform concept. With a small size step, different components can be combined in a wide range of mold sizes.
