The Multicast is the ideal machine for the high-quality production of a wide range of infrastructure products such as reinforced and unreinforced pipes, round and non-round pipes, well bases, risers and cones, large diameter products, casing pipes, casing pipes and rectangular culverts.

The Multicast machine can be configured from a number of modular components, allowing it to be adapted to any need.

Operation:

All operations of the Multicast machine are mechanized and controlled from the operator's central console. The machine can be equipped with manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic control. After filling the mold, vibrating and pressing, the finished product is unloaded from the machine, completely fixed in the outer casing, using a bridge crane. The assembly is transported to the curing zone and immediately removed from the mold. The casing is then returned to the Multicast machine for further production.

Only one or two machine operators are required, depending on the type of product being manufactured and the level of automation.

To ensure the most efficient production of a wide range, the Multicast Company offers a wide range of high-quality concrete products with different vibration modes. The vibratory plunger provides excellent results when working with round and conical shaped products, while the vibrating table is best suited for products of other shapes. The range of Multicast vibratory loaders provides optimal results for all production tasks.

Vibrating submersible VIHY:

VIHY vibrator is the leading vibrator in the industry. High-precision dry-sump, lube design delivers speed and power unmatched by the competition—maximum sealing power, reduced cement consumption, and maximum concrete density—even for very thick-walled pipe.

HawkeyePedershaab also offers a vibrator exchange program. If a vibrator needs service or repair, a new vibrator is sent to the customer and the old one is returned to HawkeyePedershaab for service or repair. This reduces downtime if the customer does not have a spare vibrator in stock and lowers the customer's operating costs as they only pay to repair the old vibrator.

Vibrating tables VIHY

The VIHY vibrating table allows you to optimally produce many forms that are difficult to compact with the traditional method of vibrocompaction. These forms include flat products, rectangular products and other special profiles.

The vibrating table significantly expands the production flexibility of Multicast, which allows you to produce a wide range of concrete products.

Vibrators are mechanically synchronized to eliminate horizontal vibrations. Thus, all vibration energy is transmitted vertically into the mold for optimal sealing and reduced equipment wear.

Vibrations are isolated from the foundation and the rest of the machine by air cushions. The air pressure is automatically and individually regulated depending on the load on the table – even for asymmetrical loads such as U-shaped culverts. Since all the energy of the vibration is transferred to the mold, the level of vibration and noise around the machine is reduced to an absolute minimum.

Hybrid cars:

The Multicast machine can be equipped with one or more of the aforementioned vibration systems, which allows the user to produce a wide range of products on one machine.

Thanks to such flexibility, even small batches of the most complex products can be efficiently manufactured on Multicast.

As the concrete producer's business expands, the Multicast machine can be redirected to more specialized products, and the production of large-scale products can be transferred to a specialized machine.
