Production, one by one

The highest quality of production with the minimum number of personnel: only one (1) operator produces reinforced and unreinforced concrete pipes of the highest quality according to international standards. Depending on the type of machine, the inner diameter varies from 250 mm to 1600 mm.

Intelligent products:

Reinforced concrete and non-reinforced pipes with fully automated installation of lifting and transport anchors.

The TransFix anchor feeding robot (patent pending) works regardless of the shape of the pipe.

Perfectly automated periphery: pallets with ring foundations and reinforcing frames are installed automatically. Pallets with ring foundations are automatically cleaned, lubricated, stored and prepared for production with BFS Puma.

Protected transportation:

With the help of a loading and unloading device with a fork-lift truck, the freshly made concrete pipes are carefully transported to the holding area, where they are demolded.

Transportation can be carried out both in one-piece and in three-section external form.

Full optimization:
