Formwork designed for a long service life
Integral and two-component shuttering forms
Variety of sizes and options
Rugged steel construction for strength, durability and performance.
Afinitas is known for bringing together the industry's leading engineers and manufacturing experts to create best-in-class precast formwork systems. Our wide range of high quality products is supported by experienced and responsive sales and production staff who are ready to assist you throughout the life of your formwork. And this ensures that our shuttering forms are durable. We combine strong steel with an innovative approach to production, which guarantees the ability to develop your business in the desired direction.
Products for wells are the key specialization of the Afinitas team.
For decades we have been trusted to design formwork for a wide range of wells including:
Forms with an eccentric cone
Forms with a concentric cone
Forms for the top plate, transition plate, base plate
Forms with an elongated and straight base
Forms for risers
Forms with a shortened base and a shortened riser.
Forms for single concreting rings
Forms for battery-type rings
Rings for well joints
Two-section formwork
Drains are prefabricated concrete extensions installed together with other components to increase the height of the entire structure to the ground level.
For risers that need to be cast short or tall, two-section riser formwork is the ideal solution. We design these sections with a precision fit so you can be confident in the quality of the finished product.
Advantages of Afinitas
Rugged steel construction for strength, durability and performance.
Diameters from 0.60 to 3.66 m (24 to 144 inches)
Two-section formwork construction with hinged-lever clamps, seam strips and leveling pins.
The inner core is mechanically folded.
Why choose the Quick Strip option?
Available for both one-section and two-section formwork.
With Quick Strip, there is no need to work with an inner core or an additional bolted-on top core. Instead, the inner core and step pins (if needed) are folded and retracted by simply moving the Quick Strip levers from right to left at the bottom of the base. This simple, easy and safe process reduces the need to grab a crane, saving time and money on the job site.
Why should you choose Quick Strip - rollback options?
With the Quick Strip, there is no need to work with an inner core or an additional bolt-on core top. Instead, the inner core and step pins (if needed) are folded and retracted by simply moving the Quick Strip levers from right to left at the bottom of the base. This simple, convenient and safe process reduces the need for crane lifting, saving time and money on the construction site.
When using Roll Back formwork, the formwork door is opened/closed manually. The production team does not need to lift the external formwork with a suspended hoist. This makes the process simpler and safer.

We offer large format molding over 212 cm (84 inches) in diameter as well as backing strip.
Both single-section and two-section forms are available.
Advantages of the lining strip
With this option, you can manually fold the inner core from the underside of the backing without touching or turning the inner core or the top of the core. (The upper part of the core is bolted to the upper part of the core).
Reducing the number of crane lifts, saving time and money.
Easier and more convenient: Move the Quick Strip lever located below, right to left, to manually fold the core, and the step pins (if needed) are manually retracted.
Safer: The backing strip option is safer than traditional mold removal methods. There is no need to lift heavy objects and the risk of accidents is lower.
Wireless hydraulic system for complex cores
Formwork for precast concrete with complex cores makes it easier to remove the product from the mold. However, incorporating hydraulics to fold and expand the core can be a difficult task. Usually a large cart with the power unit, power cables and
hoses has to be brought to the mold.
Hoses must be connected to the hydraulics of the mold, the unit must be connected to the mains, and after moving the core, all equipment must be disconnected before the cart can move to the next mold. This process both takes time and wastes time that could be spent working with several forms at the same time.
Introducing SmartConnect™
Intelligent bolt-on power unit for complex hydraulic cores. SmartConnect™ is a self-contained hydraulic power unit that mounts directly to the mold. Electric carts and cables are not required. The unit is powered by a standard 20-volt cordless drill that uses the same hydraulics to open and close the core.
Benefits of SmartConnect™
Time saving - less than 10 minutes per form!
— No need to move carts through the factory
- Lack of
hoses and cables - Connection and disconnection
- No more waiting - you only need a cordless drill to operate the device, which will allow you to work with several forms at the same time.
- After all, disassembly and setup will be faster.
Increased security
- The absence of electrical cords extending throughout the plant reduces injuries.
- Minimizes the potential risk of electric shock in the presence of water.
Saving space.
- The absence of a bulky cart means more free space on a site already loaded with equipment.
Flexibility.
- Works with Afinitas forms up to 2.1 x 2.1 m and hatch forms up to 190 cm in diameter.
- Upgrade existing forms or add new Afinitas forms.
Quick payback.
- SmartConnect is much cheaper than a hydraulic trolley.
- If you take into account the increase in productivity and the reduction of security risks, the system pays for itself in the shortest possible time.
