(Cherkasy)
В the kit includes a smoke generator for cold smoking and a smoking cabinet.
Dimensions of the smoke generator - only 250x90 mm. Due to its size and light weight, it is easy to store, carry and easily connect to any smoking container. Despite its small dimensions, the "Did Koptenko" smoke generator allows you to load one and a half liters of wood chips and smoke continuously without supervision for two to four hours (depending on the air supply speed).
External cabinet dimensions: height 66cm, width 38cm, depth 31cm. At the top of the cabinet, crossbars are provided for hanging hooks with products, as well as fasteners for installing two grids. In order for the smoke not to stagnate and the product to be without bitterness, a fitting is welded in the cabinet.
To start smoking, you need to connect the smoke generator to the smoking cabinet, connect the compressor to it (included in the delivery set) and fill it with wood chips. Next, plug in the compressor and light wood chips through the side holes - the smoking process has started.
Any wood chip can be used except wood chip from coniferous trees.
