The smoking chamber can be any cardboard box or another suitable container with a volume of up to several cubic meters.
To start smoking, it is necessary to connect the smoke generator to the selectedcapacity, connect the compressor to it (included in the delivery set) and fill it with wood chips. Next, plug in the compressor and light wood chips through the side holes - the smoking process has started.
Any wood chip can be used except wood chip from coniferous trees.
Products prepared by cold smoking (and this can be fish, meat, lard,various sausages and even cheese andvegetables) are obtained with a richer taste and aroma.
