Vacuum rotary syringe, Kyiv
Region:
Kyiv
(Prospekt Pravdy, 62)
The device is made using components from world manufacturers. Servo motor from YASKAWA (Japan) and reducer from BONFIGILION (Italy), working interface in Russian (Taiwan), microprocessor (PLC) Mitsubishi (Japan), vacuumpump from Busch (Germany). They have high dosing accuracy. The PLC controller can save up to 10 programs with different parameters. The casingpump, rotors and blades undergo special heat treatment and have a high purity of mechanical processing, which ensures the wear resistance of the nodes.
The machine is equipped with an automatic lifter for feeding raw materials, which allows to reduce labor costs. The device uses a rotary syringe with automatic dosing. Filling is carried out under vacuum. This prevents fat oxidation, protein dissolution, reduces the amount of bacteria, and effectively guarantees the quality, color and freshness of products.
Dosing error ±2g for pasty production, and ±5g for structural production. The dosing range is from 10 to 9999 g.
The machine has an automatic product twisting function. The twister works with any type of casing, including natural, collagen casings and casings for smoking in automatic mode. Speed of twisting for production in casings for smoking: 280 pieces/min.
Industrial vacuum filler syringes are intended for stuffing any shell with minced sausage or pasty products under vacuum conditions, widely used by meat processing enterprises for the production of high-quality sausages, sausages, sausages and other sausage products of various varieties.
