Purpose: The product is intended for lubrication of conveyor belts of conveyors made of any polymer materials and stainless steel to improve the sliding of laminated cardboard packaging of the "Tetra-Pak" type. it is used with various types of lubricant dosing systems — drop, spray,immersion containers, centralized dosing stations. Field of application: It is recommended to be used on bottling lines of milk, dairy products, juices, beer, wine, non-carbonated beverages, tomato products, vegetableoil, sauces in Tetra-Pak, Pet, glass, etc., at food industry enterprises. Properties: Concentrated liquid neutral agent based on PAVs, silicones, and other specialized additives. Well soluble in water. The product is economical in dosage. Works effectively in water of any hardness and temperature. Thanks to its composition, it prevents cardboard packaging from getting wet, provides stability and good sliding on long conveyors, both on straight sections and on turns. It has good washing ability, which prevents the accumulation of dirt and thus reduces the time for sanitary washing of the conveyor. The lubricant can be supplied to the dosing system both in concentrated form and pre-diluted with water to the required concentration, which does not affect its performance. The agent is chemically stable when diluted with water, does not decompose with the release of harmful substances, and is a non-flammable liquid. According to the degree of impact on the human body, the product is classified as safe for health; the substances included in its composition belong to the IV class of danger. The product does not have allergic and cumulative properties.
