The STvega Meat Dicer H500S machine is designed for slicing chilled meat and by-products, temperatures down to -5 degrees are allowed. There are two types of knives here, the first is a disc knife that cuts into strips, the second is a guillotine-type straight knife that cuts strips of meat into squares. Due to the fact that you can adjust the speed of the tape, you can change the size of the cube.

Machine advantage:
• Complete cutting of the product, including veins, skin;
• The second block of knives cuts below the feed level of the conveyor belt, due to this the complete cutting of the product and the integrity of the conveyor belt;
• Tray under the knives for collecting pieces of meat, as well as convenient washing of the machine;

Principle of operation:
With the help of the operator, the product enters the conveyor belt. Then it goes to the first cutting unit, which cuts the product into strips of a given size. Then the product enters the second knife, like a guillotine, which cuts it into squares. After the end of the process, the product falls into the prepared container.
