The machine for slicing frozen products STvega Meat Slicer HB280 is suitable for slicing frozen meat without bones, such aspork,beef, chicken with a temperature of -5 to -10 °С. Marking HB indicates the material of the machine - black metal.

This machine is presented in three variants: 280, 430 and 630, the main difference of which is the maximum cutting width and, as a result, productivity.

The machine also has two versions - it can be made of black metal (HB) or stainless steel. Then the marking for the second option will be HS and the price for such a car will be higher. According to the technical characteristics of the machines (made of black metal HB or stainless steel HS) they are absolutely identical.

Principle of operation:
The product is loaded by the operator into the feed compartment, after which the pusher uniformly directs the product to the slicing area at a given speed, where the guillotine knife, descending, cuts the product across the entire width of the slicing area. The operator sets the thickness of the slice using the touch control panel, where he sets the feed speed and the cutting speed. Next, the sliced product enters the unloading area, from where it is sent by the operator to containers for finished products or for further processing.

It is possible to install a stand-alone additional conveyor with an adjustable belt speed for moving the finished product (the price is calculated individually according to the client's TK).
