Basic description:

Does your manure removal equipment break down at the most inopportune moment? We know how important it is to quickly restore work. The conveyor TSN-160B / KSG-07-05 is not just a spare part, it is a ready-made solution for your conveyor to work without failures. After all, investments in reliable components today are savings on downtime tomorrow.

Conveyor TSN-160B / KSG-07-05 is a set of parts for the repair of the chain scraper conveyor TSN-160B (manure removal system). This node is the basis of the equipment responsible for the movement of the chain and the fixation of the elements.

What is included in the composition and technical characteristics:
The composition may vary depending on the configuration of your equipment, but typically includes:

Scraper chain (anchor / round link): Made of calibrated and heat-treated steel 23G2A. This is the main working body for a horizontal section 160 m long. We use hardened caliber 14*80 mm. Its tensile strength is an impressive 24 tons, and its hardness is 30 HRC (8th hardness class), which guarantees a long service life even under high loads.

Metal scrapers: Made of angular metal profile 50x50 mm.
