Part type: Transporter TSN-160B | The L-160m horizontal chain is a component for the restoration and repair of the horizontal line of the TSN-160B scraper type manure-collecting conveyor. If your equipment is down, the farm's profitability drops with every day of downtime. This chain is the key to quickly restoring the manure removal system.

The composition of the kit is optimized for maximum resource and may include:

The round-link chain (calibrated) 160 meters long, heat-treated, steel 23G2A is the basis of the horizontal contour, which takes on the main dynamic and static loads.

Metal scrapers (corner 50×50 mm) — mounted on a chain for effective movement of mass along the channel.

St3 steel brackets are an intermediate element for fixing scrapers.

Fasteners (bolts, nuts) with a protective coating that prevents the threads from getting sour.

Possible configuration options for your order:

Retail sale of only horizontal chain (bay 160 m).

Chain assembly with scrapers (welded or bolted).

Complete repair kit: chain + brackets + fasteners.

Design features and advantages:
Transporter TSN-160B | The L-160m horizontal chain is made of calibrated bar ⌀14 mm (link pitch 80 mm) of high-strength steel 23G2A. The hardness after hardening reaches 30 HRC, which corresponds to the 8th strength class. The breaking load of this metal product is 24 tons, which is a guarantee that the investment in reliability will pay off with no sudden breaks during the season.(//tractor-service.com)

Depending on the modification of your transporter, we offer two types of assembly:

Floating Fixation: Scrapers attach to the side of the chain on a single bolt via a spacer sleeve (reduces friction).
