ULTRAFLEX - ANTICOR Ecobit with increased adhesion characteristics to metal and increased resistance to the effects of atmospheric factors is intended for the protection of metal structures from corrosion;
Mastic is a viscous homogeneous mass of light gray or silver color.
Appointment:
Mastics are intended for chemical-resistant waterproofing, construction structures, sewage treatment plants, tanks, etc.
Application:
Mastic is ready for use. Preheating is not required. It is applied to the work surface with a spatula. Solidification of the composition occurs at ambient temperature, as a result of which the material turns into a rubber-like state.
When working with mastic, it is necessary to observe the following requirements: start preparing the working composition only in overalls and rubber gloves, apply mastics only in the open air; do not smoke or use open flames at the workplace; observe the rules of personal hygiene; take a shower at the end of work; first wipe the areas of the skin where the mastic came into contact with a cotton swab soaked in
gasoline or white spirit, then wash your hands with soap and water.
• Resistance to chemical solutions and weather conditions.
• High waterproofness.
• Excellent adhesion to all materials.
• High strength and elasticity
• The durability of the coating according to the data of the testing laboratory is about 45 years.
• High repairability (in case of mechanical damage to the coating, it is quite easy and simple, without the use of any equipment, to apply the Ultraflex Anticor coating to the damaged area) Costs for the subsequent repair of the roof are reduced by several times compared to roll materials
• Can be used in the temperature range from -20 °С to +40 °С

Number of components Two-component
Liquid rubber can solve the problem of creating good waterproofing for a long time. The composition, which is unique in its qualities, has excellent indicators of adhesion, resistance to external negative factors, ductility and strength. They are used in repair work, construction and even in the creation of garden decor elements.
Concept of liquid rubber
Liquid rubber is a one- or two-component, cold-applied, instantly solidifying composition, the structure of which is based on a polymer-bitumen emulsion. When interacting with oxygen, it does not become a source of toxic compounds of a volatile nature, does not contain solvents. The main component is bitumen, in some cases natural rubber can be used. Analogous to classic rubber, it has a black color, good characteristics related to elasticity, waterproofing. In another way, it can be called "seamless spray-on waterproofing".
It is used as a membrane, protective coating of construction materials, when carrying out works on the creation of decorative reservoirs, foundations.
Motorists use a different composition, characterized by a one-component structure based on a solution of styrene rubber and an organic solvent. The material has a transparent structure, after coloring it can acquire the desired shade, which makes it popular in car styling. Automotive liquid rubber is used as a short-term coating of the car's external elements (body, optics, bumper, etc.).
Features of the material
The substance instantly becomes solid after application. Despite the fact that bitumen is present in the structure, essential oils added to it
essential oils do not dry out and crack over time and extend the service life up to 25 years.
Modern liquid rubber has excellent characteristics: it does not flake off, does not crack, is not afraid of mechanical damage or sudden temperature changes.
Many compositions that superficially fall under this concept are mistakenly called liquid rubber. Most often, it includes all types of mastics that have several similar operational characteristics: waterproofness, elasticity, ability to stretch, compress.
Varieties of liquid rubber
The key classification of liquid rubber is related to its physical structure. It is divided into 3 types:
Pourable - prepared before applying to the surface.
Sprayed - sprayed by a powerful installation consisting of a compressor and a receiver in which bituminous mastic, water-salt solution and hardener are mixed. This method has the maximum effect in terms of the ratio of the speed of work execution and the time spent on it.
Coloring - resembles a paste or a thick liquid that is applied by hand, with a spatula, brush or roller.
There is another type of sprayed liquid rubber - aerosol. It is sold in small bottles, with the help of which you can easily and quickly perform spot repairs, for example, to patch a small crack or gap on a veranda, loggia.
The main merits of the material
As can be seen from the table presented earlier, the key advantage of liquid rubber is the quality of the resulting surface. With a nominal layer thickness of 2-3 mm. waterproofing properties will be many times superior to the characteristics of other roofing materials. In addition, its structure has high elasticity, which significantly reduces the probability of mechanical damage. The latter characteristic has a positive effect on the overall service life.
Liquid rubber acts not only as a reliable coating, but also as a repair material. Spreading over the surface, it covers all old cracks and other defects, creating a single seamless coating.
Key positive factors of liquid rubber:
High-quality protection against moisture.
It has a one hundred percent guarantee for absolutely all weather conditions.
It does not change operational properties as a result of sharp changes in the temperature of the surrounding air.
Repairability. When cracks appear, it is enough to seal them with a new composition. For the majority of roll analogs, such repair is considered unacceptable.
It does not have joining seams formed as a result of installation, which significantly extends the service life of the coating.
It belongs to the category of construction materials of a universal type, because it can be used for various purposes (repair, construction, works related to landscape design).
With the correct application of liquid rubber, the composition can last up to 25 years. In this case, the operational characteristics will remain the same as those of the composition just laid.
