Two-section formwork

In general, two-section formwork with a straight base is a versatile and safe way to create precast concrete manholes with simple shapes and characteristics, such as those used for pavements, driveways, storm drains and utility access. Formwork is easy to use and we manufacture it to the exact dimensions and specifications required for a specific project. Two-section formwork is ideal for using block formwork to create inlet and outlet drainage holes.

Two-section formwork

Two-section formwork with an extended base is used for larger and more complex projects to provide greater stability and support. They are ideal for the production of products that withstand heavy loads, such as the construction of highways, bridges and underground communications. Integral formwork is ideal for drilling holes for inlet/outlet drainage holes.

Why should you choose the Quick Strip option?

By manually moving the Quick Strip levers from right to left located at the bottom of the base, the inner core flips over and the step pins (if needed) are retracted.

Why should you choose the Quick Strip - Roll Back option?

Thanks to the Quick Strip system, there is no need to work with the inside of the frame or the additional bolted top part of the frame. Instead, the inner part of the frame and the step pins (if necessary) are folded and removed by simply moving the Quick Strip levers from right to left at the bottom of the base. This simple, convenient and safe process reduces the need for crane lifting, saving time and money on the construction site.

When using the Roll Back system, the doors are opened and closed manually. The production crew does not need to lift the outer part of the frame with a suspended lift. This simplifies and makes the process safer.

We offer large-format formwork with a diameter of over 211.5 cm, as well as formwork with a lining strip.

Available for both single-section and two-section formwork.

Advantages of formwork strips

With this option, you can manually fold the inner core from the underside of the backing without touching or turning the inner core or the top of the core. (The top of the core is bolted to the top of the core).

Reducing the number of crane lifts, which saves time and money.
Easier and more convenient: Move the Quick Strip lever located below, right to left, to manually fold the core, and step pins (if needed) are manually retracted.
Safer: The lining strip option is safer than traditional formwork removal methods. There is no need to lift heavy objects and the risk of accidents is lower.
