The VIHY Masterflex machine is a universal machine for the production of concrete pipes and wells of both circular and non-circular sections.

The VIHY Masterflex machine is designed to work in fully automatic mode. This allows the machine operator to perform other operations during the production cycle, such as preparing pallet rings for the next cycle and placing rings on products from the previous cycle. This reduces labor costs at the factory and increases productivity.

After the filling, compacting and sprue forming processes are complete, the machine automatically de-decks the product and raises it to floor level so it can be unloaded using a product cart or forklift.

This eliminates the need for an overhead crane and allows the machine to be operated in any building, reducing capital costs.

Production capacity:

Depending on the size of the manufactured products, VIHY Masterflex machines can perform up to 20 cycles per hour and are capable of producing up to 50,000 tons of concrete pipes per year in one shift.

Values are based on non-reinforced products without any cast elements such as ladders or lifting anchors. It is assumed that it takes no more than 45 seconds to remove the finished product and install a new pallet in the machine.

Values in parentheses correspond to performance when working with two pipes, if this feature is available on the machine.

Pipe length 2500 mm: 6-14 pieces/hour. (depends on the diameter) 28 units/h paired installation.
