Strong structures for use in spans and arches of bridges, underpasses, tunnels, culverts and underground protective structures. The formwork can be made to order according to the technical requirements of the customer, as well as in various combinations of spans and lifts.

Single or double casting units in double-wall formwork are available.

We design and manufacture all necessary additional components: sidewalls, headers and endwalls. Pouring is possible on the edge or in the working position.

Adjustment of the adjustable arch forming system.

System characteristics:

Common sizes: 3.6 to 18 m (12 to 60 ft)
Typical slat lengths vary from 1.2 to 2.45 m (4 to 8 ft) depending on the size of the casting.
Constructed of 5/16-inch (5.6 mm) steel sheathing, 1/2-inch (1.2 mm) reinforced steel profiled tie, shoe plate, channel, and shaped webs.
The formwork kit includes a core and outer shell with Boss connections, a pallet on a supporting frame, end plates, and top and bottom ties (if required)
We recommend adding OSHA-compliant bridges to the core shell of any arch 1.83 m or taller.
Kits are available to increase the thickness of the surface to be concreted, for example, if the thickness of the arch was 25.5 cm, the customer can cast an arch 30.8 cm thick.
Arch height kits are available for some sizes
Formwork may be adjustable to form 2 to 4 identical arches, typically 1.2 to 3.66 m (4 to 12 ft)
It is possible to remove the tap strip from the outside and the cores from the casting.
