Industrial -cutting Stvega strip Slicer 3000 is a centrifugal machine for slicing and= planting vegetables and fruits, suitable for slicing cheese. All products are cut or shake very accurately and purely due to the unique cutting method and use of high quality blades. The cutting head technology guarantees a constant thickness of slices or straws throughout the cutting process. Unique cutting head design facilitates easy replacement of blades.

The principle of work
The product is served through the load gutter and enters the cutting compartments of the working wheels. There it is held on the inner surface of the cutting node by centrifugal force. The cutting head consists of separate stationary cutting knives. The slices or pieces are cut as the product passes through each knife, smooth and continuous. The size of the cut depends on the size of the product. The sliced product is assembled by central unloading. Variable cutting heads provide a large number of cutting and grinding options.

Possible sizes of slicing:
1. Salt (Korean Carrots):
• 2,4 x 2.4 mm
• 3.2 x 3.2 mm
2. Slice: 0.8/1 / 1,2 / 1,5/2/3 / 4 mm
