The process of sterilizing canned products in glass containers is a responsible and important stage. Autoclave "Troyan-57" allows you to reproduce factory heat treatment technologies at home.

The autoclave is made of black steel 3 mm thick (the lid is 4 mm). The heater of the Italian company THERMOWATT and the domestic thermostat Troyan are responsible for heating. All that is required is to set the required operating mode on the thermostat according to the recipe, and the device will automatically start and stop heating at the right time.

A special feature of theautoclave is a convenient and reliable cover that is pressed manually with only one bolt, which is much more convenient compared to the old models, which had 7-8 nuts. In the future, the increasing pressure ensures additional pressing of the cover from the inside, evenly distributing the load on its surface.

Each autoclave is tested for tightness under a pressure of 8 bar (working pressure is 4 bar).
