The autoclave greatly simplifies the process of preparing various canned goods at home. Model rangeautoclaves TROYAN is equipped with a convenient and reliable cover. Unlike the old models, where the lid is tightened with 7-8 bolts from above, TROYAN autoclaves have an internal locking lid. In the initial phase of operation, the cover is tightened with only one bolt (lamb), which can be done manually. Further, thanks to the increase in pressure, the cover is pulled from the inside to the required level.

Separately, it is worth mentioning the functioning of theautoclave in automatic mode. It is enough to adjust the thermostat according to the recipe, and the device will automatically start and stop the heating at the right time, without your participation.

The entire TROYAN model range is made of black steel 3 mm thick, and the surface is covered with fire-resistant paint. All autoclaves are tested for tightness at a pressure of 8 Bar (working pressure is 4 Bar).
