Polyethylene pipe, Dnipropetrovsk region.

Modern engineering constructions are practically impossible to imagine without complex water supply systems supplying water to residential, industrial or communal facilities. The main requirements for such systems are their high profitability and long service life. And the first and second points fully correspond to the plastic water pipes.
Main pipelines and pipelines of local importance, pressure sewage systems and pulp pipelines, land reclamation systems - for the construction and repair of engineering facilities of this kind, polyethylene water pipes are actively used today.
Such water pipes are produced from low-pressure, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) class PE 100. The diameter of such pipes varies from 20 to 630 mm, all of them are made by the extrusion method.(//tractor-service.com)
All pressure pipes, which are produced at the factory, are characterized by working pressure 6; 8; 10; 12.5; 16 bar at a maximum water temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. At the same time, in the mode of normal operation of the water supply or sewage system, the service life of pressure pipes for water supply is 50 years.
Polyethylene pressure pipes for water supply are produced with a standard size ratio of SDR 26 - SDR 11. The higher this indicator, the thinner the wall of the water pipe.
All water pressure pipes are produced according to DSTU B V.2.7-151:2008.
