Mobile crushing and sorting plant Polygonmach V-90 is also called MOBILE SAND MAKING MACHINE - this is an ideal solution for the production of very fine material, also known as sand, with a particle size from 0 to 5 mm and excellent cubic shape. The V-90 is the result of sophisticated engineering and advanced design, high-quality components with durable and amazing build quality.

In addition to materials that are provided by preliminary crushing with primary and secondary crushing operations, it is also possible to directly supply the system with natural stone that does not exceed 45 mm.

Any material with different degrees of hardness, such as limestone, basalt, granite, dolomite, gabbro, can be crushed by V-90 with satisfactory characteristics.

V-90 Production capacity varies from 200 to 250 t/h depending on the level of impact viscosity of crushed aggregates. In addition to sand (fine material), it is also possible to simultaneously produce 3 other finite fractions.

V-90 is a convenient combination that ensures ease of installation / assembly. The installation can be put into operation in a very short time. If necessary, it is possible to provide a loading hopper and conveyors with a hydraulic opening mechanism, and in this case the plant can be started without the need to use any external equipment, such as a crane,loader etc.

V-90 is equipped with a high-tech automation system, which includes electronic components and a high-class SIEMENS-SCHNEIDER PLC. V-90 is controlled only by the tablet controller.

The overall dimensions of our mobile units are determined in accordance with international road transport regulations, and the V-90 is easily transported between workplaces with only one tractor.
