The harrow is intended for the cultivation of compacted soils of various mechanicalcomposition with crushing and wrapping of crop residues in the soil at humidity up to 20% and soil hardness up to 3.5 MPa.
The harrow is designed to work with tractors of the 14 kN (1.4 t·s) class, equipped with a three-point attachment system (MTZ-80/82, MTZ-100/102, MTZ-6 kl and others with a power of 80...110 hp).
Advantages over analogues:
- the bearing unit is located outside the active zone of movement of the processed soil, and has cassette protection filled with composite grease.
- The racks are attached to the frame on metal brackets between which and the main frame rubber torsion bars are installed, which in turn absorb the loads that occur during the processing of over-compacted soils, thereby extending the life of the unit.
- Fasteningdiscs on the outside of the bearing assembly ensures their quick replacement without disassembling the bearing assembly,
