Cream separator "Motor Sich SCM-100-19" is used to separate whole milk intocream and skimmed milk, also simultaneously cleans from mechanical impurities and pollution.

The parts of the separator include impact-resistant polycarbonate.

The separator has a number of advantages:
· does not undergo corrosion;
· the color does not change over time and does not require touch-up;
· dampens the vibration of high frequencies;
· does not deform due to careless handling;
· it is much easier to clean from milk products and contaminated;
· increases electrical safety several times;

To achieve the best result, milk is heated to a temperature of 35-40 degrees. Milk is poured in while the bowl of the separator is rotating, and the process of separating cream from milk takes place inside the cream separator.

There are 2 tubes in the separator: cream comes out through one, skim milk through the second. They can be easily distinguished by their volume - the stream of cream is much thinner.

The principle of operation of the separator consists in the rapid rotation of the drum, thanks to which the centrifugal force acts on the milk and as a result the milk is separated.

In household separators, the drum works at a speed of more than 10,000 rpm. Due to this speed, the milk is quite quickly divided into 2 parts - fat and non-fat. The speed is not gained instantly, but in a minute.
