The machines consist of two autonomous halves. The main working bodies of rolling mills are two pairs of diagonally arranged grinding rollers. Depending on the technological purpose, the working surface of the grinding rollers is grooved or smooth. The design of the machines provides for water cooling of the fast-rotating grinding rollers and the possibility of re-cutting the flutes without dismantling the bearings. Remote control of the stop and dump of the grinding rollers allows to stabilize the grinding mode and practically eliminates the intervention of the service personnel in the operation of the rolling machines.
