Line for separating grape pits from cake, Transcarpathian region.

The line is intended for separating pits from grape pomace, crushed rose hips and other similar products. The product is processed in dry form, humidity up to 50%. The main operations performed by the line: loosening the pomace, separating the seeds (seeds), cleaning the seeds from impurities.
Description of the work of the line:
The product (grape pomace or crushed rose hips) is fed into the receiving hopper, furtherby a screw conveyor, where partial loosening occurs, the product is fed to the machine for separating the pits. On the machine, large particles of skin and pieces of stems are selected, and bones (seeds) and small particles are sifted through the holes of the drum and enter the conveyor installed in the lower part of the machine. Further, the separated bones are fed on a belt conveyor to a machine for cleaning the bones from small impurities. Cleaned pits are fed with the help of abelt conveyor into the receiving hopper of the finished product.
