The complex ( oil press oroil press ) is assembled in the technological sequence of operations:
- loading of sunflower seeds into the loading bunker;
- feedingsunflower seeds through a noria in a seed drill;
- crushing of sunflower seeds in a seed mill;
- separation of fallen seeds into two fractions - core and husk;
- grinding, seed kernels;
- transportation of the meat before its pressing;
(includes the processes of moistening and subsequent heating with continuous stirring. Heating of three-stage roasters due to the burning of husks);
- feeding the ball into the press;
- pressing, filtering and collecting oil.
