T-60 is a ready-mix concrete plant of Sumab Sweden.

The productivity is 40-60 m3/h, which is ideal for construction companies and (or) companies that produce building materials, which want to get not only high productivity of the plant, but, first of all, a high level of quality of the produced concrete.

3 warehouses of inert materials.
Each bunker is 20 m3 with the possibility of increasing the volume due to the increase of the sides.

Dosing system 1500\300 kg, weighing sensors. The inert materials supply conveyor is located under warehouses and has dimensions of 11,000 mm in length and 800 mm in width. Supply of inert due to the opening of pneumatic valves of inert compounds.

Skip system.
Inert materials are supplied from storage warehouses to Skip 1900 liters.

Planetary mixer SICOMA 1875/1250 liters. (or 2-shaft)

The set of equipment for mixing concrete includes a planetary mixer and a skip, which are located on a special supporting platform. The mixer is installed on a frame made of metal profiles, with a supporting platform on which a safety fence and ladders are installed for access to the mixer.

The mixer with planetary transmission is set in motion with the help of a reducer, which is adapted to work in heavy production conditions.

The mixing system is made in the form of a star with three rotating vanes (blades) and one external scraper. The paddles (blades) of the mixer are made, and the mixer itself has a coating of anti-wear material. It is also possible to make blades from anti-wear rubber.

At the request of the client, a planetary mixer or a two-shaft horizontal mixer can be supplied.

Cement collection capacity.
A cement container of 750 kg is placed above the mixer.

Water supply.
The concrete plant has a 350 liter/min pressurized water system. Water is used from the central city system with a pressure of 5 liters per second. At the client's request, a water purification and recycling system can be installed.(//tractor-service.com)

2 pumps of chemical additives.
Each pump has a capacity of 25 kg.

Stationary computer Siemens.
RS allows automated control of all concrete preparation processes.

Produce more than 1000 concrete recipes. A Windows desktop computer is installed at the request of the Client. It has multiple security systems. At the client's request, video surveillance systems can also be installed. Surveillance cameras showing everything on a computer monitor.

Factory control cabin.

Insulated office cabin with computer and electrical panel. Dimensions 4 x 2.5 x 2.5 m.

At the request of the client, an air conditioner or a heater can be installed.

Selectors 200 kg. 3 vibrators were installed at inert and cement silo warehouses.
