Separator-cream separator "Motor Sich-100-18" (metal) is intended for separating whole milk into cream and skimmed milk with simultaneous cleaning of pollution.
The parts of the separator are made of metal and have a number of advantages:
Milk is loaded into a special bowl, the bowl is untwisted. The water contained in the milk is heavier than the fat floating in it, so it collects in the outer part of the bowl, and the fat accumulates in the center. From there, the cream is diverted through special tubes and poured into a separate container. Processed milk (recycled) can be used as skimmed milk or to prepare skimmedcottage cheese.
