Application:
Glue BF-2, BF-4 is intended for gluing non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, non-metals with metals in all production areas.

BF-2, BF-4 glues glue plastics and complex plastics, chemically treated fluoroplastic, foam plastic, celluloid, mica, wood, plywood, cardboard, paper, ebonite, cork, cotton threads, ceramics, glass, , aluminum and copper alloys) in various combinations. They have high electrical insulating properties. BF-2 glue is also used - for impregnation and varnishing, BF-4 glue - for the production of hetinax.

BF-2 glue is stable in acidic environments even when heated to 60-80°C, it is used for gluing materials operating at elevated temperatures, with good moisture and heat resistance of adhesive joints, as well as in acidic environments.
BF-4 glue, which has high elasticity, is used for gluing materials exposed to vibration loads, as well as products that work in an alkaline environment at low temperatures, i.e. if elasticity and frost resistance of the connection are required.

Conventional viscosity according to the VZ-246 viscometer at a temperature of 20°C - 25-55

The content of dry residue is 14-17%
The tensile strength of the adhesive compound is not less than 19.6 MPa (200 kgf/cm2)
Bending of the adhesive film after hardening, no more than 3 mm.

The peculiarity of the BF series glues is that they are not prone to rotting and corrosive influences, are resistant to the action of the atmosphere, water, oil, andgasoline, allowing to reduce the gluing time and reduce the consumption of glue. BF glues are flammable.
Gluing technology: Treat the glued surfaces with sandpaper, degrease.
Apply glue with a brush (1..2 layers). Connect surfaces.
The drying temperature is possible up to 140–150°С. Drying time (at 140 ° C) - 60 minutes

Packaging: retail 0.2-0.8 kg, small wholesale - canisters 5-10 kg, wholesale barrels 50 kg, barrels 200 kg or in other containers upon agreement with the customer.
Conditions and storage period:
Store in an airtight container at t not higher than +25С. Warranty period of storage from the moment of manufacture:
- BF-2 – 10 months.
- BF-4 – 8 months.
